The location is excellent for getting round. The staff were truly exceptional and service oriented. Asking them for coffee places and they would suggest some outside even though their own cafe was excellent. Very friendly concierge as well. They facilitated our bicycles being delivered and no issues at all. I was out at that time.

One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. The staff was AWESOME, excellent food in the restaurants - especially enjoyed the breakfast. Very nice location and hotel very safe. Would definitely recommend this property.

This time I got a better room - more space and a nice walk in dressing - overall this time things were much better for my stay

The staff was personable and very helpful. The food was really good. The hotel was clean and modern. It wasn't in close proximity to major tourist sites and activities, but the location of the hotel appeared to be quite safe and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
